Allie Blazzard has been a Nurse Practitioner for over seven years. She has specialized in injections (Botox, Wrinkle Fillers) and weight loss for the last six years. Allie has recently trained under several hormone specialists including hormone expert, Neal Rouzier, to receive training in bioidentical hormone replacement therapy. She has completed several trainings and certifications on hormone replacement and balancing as well as aesthetic and cosmetic injections. Allie received her Master’s Degree in Nursing from Brigham Young University in 2004. She is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, Society of Aesthetic Injectors and the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine.
